Jadav Payeng in his own forest

Jadav Payeng worked first as a railway driver and then as a forester in Jorhat, India. He had been planting trees since 1980, when the local forest department launched an ecological restoration project in Jorhat district. Jadhav became interested in the project, so much so that he planted nearly 200 hectares of forest over several decades. In the photo, he is just in the forest he planted with his own hands.

Jadav's forest is home to elephants, monkeys, thousands of birds and even rhinos. And despite the extreme busyness he managed to get married and have 3 children. As you can see, work is not a hindrance to a family, you just need to be able to work.
