Lobiani
Lobiani is a type of bread filled with beans. It resembles an Imeruli khachapuri, but instead of cheese, it is filled with beans. Despite the unusual combination, it is incredibly tasty!
Mtsvadi
Mtsvadi, known as the dish of royalty, is an exceptional Georgian cuisine. The process of preparing it is a ceremonial act. Mtsvadi, consisting of pork, mutton, or veal chunks, is initially marinated generously in pomegranate juice or seasoned with a substantial amount of salt. Afterwards, it is threaded onto a skewer and cooked over an open flame.
Sacivi
Sacivi is a chicken dish that is served with a thick sauce made with onion, garlic, walnuts, spices, and herbs. This traditional Georgian dish needs to be made ahead of time and chilled for 24 hours before serving. It has a unique flavor, especially when garnished with coriander, but is definitely worth a try!
