The home of the Bayer family from the TV series ‘Very Strange Things’ has appeared on the short-term rental platform Airbnb.
The house is located in the city of Atlanta near the film studio ‘Trilith’.
The interior of the one-storey building, erected in 1900, completely repeats the one that could be seen in the popular TV show.
Every detail of the setting has been designed by professional decorators and fans of the series. Guests are invited to relax in the retro atmosphere of the series for $350 per night on weekdays and $750 on weekends.
The house has three bedrooms, two baths, a living room with checkered curtains and the alphabet on the wall, a kitchen with a fireplace, as well as a laundry room and a spooky themed room with bluish lighting. Video tapes, vinyl records, old appliances, vintage furniture and magazines from the 80s can be found in the rooms.
A green Ford car is parked in front of the cottage and several BMX bikes are left. Garden furniture, including wooden rocking chairs, has been placed in the backyard.
It took enthusiasts a whole year to recreate the interiors from the cult TV series. The house from ‘Very Strange Things’ can not only be rented, but also become its co-owner. To do this on the investment platform Arrived must be deposited on the account of the project up to 100 dollars. The whole house is sold at a price of $ 1.175 million.
